Absolute Quality Care

Welcome to our home support service and website.  We aim to provide people receiving care and/or support in their own homes with the type of care they really want, delivered by people they like, trust and who will listen to them.

The services we offer are for people who have become unwell or are unable to do some things for themselves, are  leaving residential care or hospital and need help when they get back home, need short term help until they are ‘back on their feet’, are in danger of being admitted to hospital or residential care or just can’t manage some of the simple everyday tasks they used to.

We are registered with the Care Quality Commission to provide services in the following categories:  Dementia, eating disorders, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, physical disabilities, sensory impairments, substance misuse problems, caring for adults under 65, caring for adults over 65, caring for people whose rights are restricted under the Mental Health Act.

One of our specialisms is supporting people whose ability to communicate properly with others is in decline and that may lead to poor mental and physical health as their personal isolation increases.  At the same time they may lose the confidence needed to interact with the outside world.  This also applies to lots of people with conditions that impair their ability to get out and about and meet people or attend social events.
